Customers wishing to install a Telephone Call Recording system must ensure that they comply with the requirements for notification to participants in a conversation being recorded.

A description of the requirements is provided in the Communications Alliance document: “G516:2004 Participant Monitoring of Voice Communications.pdf”.

The document is available from the Comms Alliance Website: <Here>.
