BackOffice 4IP Software Application is the Telephone Call Recording Software
BackOffice 4IP is a Voice Over IP (VoIP) call recording software. Compatible with most of the main phone system manufacturers unique protocols, BackOffice IP Records Calls using Port Mirroring to record all of the phone traffic on your network. BackOffice 4IP is also compatible with most SIP based line services as well. Available from a single seat of call recording up to many thousands, BackOffice 4IP can be used to mix and match Analog, Digital (lines and phones) and VoIP all on the same recorder using centralized storage. This comes with the feature rich Reporter Professional Software to manage, playback, email, annotate, and convert calls to .WAV.

BackOffice Software in conjunction with a selection of the Intelligent Recording/Oscom “USB Style” hardware provides a true centralized Telephone Call Recording solution for both large and small applications.
Mix any combination of IPTap, Oscom 114 Telephone Call Recorder, Oscom 1116 Telephone Call Recorder, Analogue 02, Analogue 04 or Analogue 08 hardware solutions, (plus Oscom 110 and Universal Adapters if required)

BackOffice Telephone Call Recording Software runs as a full-time utility on the host P.C.to Record Telephone Calls to and from each telephone or line connected. On PBX telephone systems where caller ID is supported, the BackOffice Software will also capture the Caller ID and number dialed of each and every call and include as part of the call record.
